The Shell – Hard or soft? Nope! All our tacos are made with our signature Taylor lightly fried, fresh white corn tortillas.
THE BRUNO – Lean ground beef, cooked fresh to perfection on the griddle with a Taylor family secret combination of spices and herbs.
THE EX – Perfectly seasoned Chorizo topped with pickled serrano peppers, fresh tomatoes, and our hand grated three cheese blend.
THE IKE – Marinated chicken, cooked fresh on the griddle, with yet another Taylor family secret combination of herbs and spices.
THE LILY – Beautiful BIG Royal Red deep sea shrimp, sautéed in a lemon, garlic, serrano pepper and olive oil marinade. Try it with the cucumber salsa and it will knock your socks off.
THE SUPERSTAR – Black beans and corn slow cooked with a perfect blend of seasonings. This VEGAN option is one that everyone enjoys!
Each of these tacos are topped with fresh cut tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, sweet onions, and our fresh grated three cheese blend – smoked gouda, mild and sharp cheddar cheese. Eclectic? No! Fancy? No! Unique? Yes. Go for it! Just try it fully loaded and I promise it will not disappoint! Don’t forget our salsa bar with current stars – The Bruce Juice ( medium heat) – The Cucumber Salsa (mild heat) – The Smokey Verdego (medium/hot heat). We also have sour cream and a homemade avocado sour cream for you to enjoy.
CHIPS AND SALSA – Fresh chips made right on the truck and tossed with Pink Himalayan Salt. Enjoy any or all of the salsas in our salsa bar that we make from scratch.
